Return Policy:

We are dedicated to your 100% satisfaction. But due to the highly techinal nature of the product
and requirements on the customer experience, please note the following:

We will NOT accept any return of items that the DockPlayer enclosure has been opened.
Opening the DockPlayer enclosure will void the warranty.
If you receive a defective product you must contact us within one week of receipt, to arange for a replacment free of charge.
Return shipping costs are not refunded.
